Winery Profile: 2Hawk Vineyard & Winery

2Hawk Vineyard & Winery produces estate-grown, hand-crafted wines that exemplify the best that the Rogue Valley can offer. Our mission is simple—to be the best that we can be. Period. Our pursuit of quality guides everything we do—from growing fruit and making wine to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Voted favorite winery in the Rogue Valley, 2Hawk has awe-inspiring views of majestic Mt. Ashland and the beautiful Rogue Valley.

Intelligently attuned to the environment, co-owners Jen & Ross Allen bring a sustainable and natural approach to farming. For pest and vermin control, they use resident barn owls, ladybugs, jackrabbits and their namesake red-tailed hawks. A third-generation farmer, Ross blends traditional farming know-how and sophisticated technology for superb results.

Ross and winemaker Kiley Evans designed 2Hawk’s state-of-the-art winery to have a minimal environmental footprint. Attention to detail casts an intense focus on low-impact winemaking and unprecedented wines. Their drive for excellence has produced more than 35 Gold, Double Gold, Best of Class and 90+ point distinctions since 2016.

Kiley personally handcrafts our intense estate wines using native yeast strains and oak barrels selected from specific French terroirs that allow the wines to express their unique personalities. The wines embody a purity of fruit, have impeccable balance and velvety textures, and speak of the place in which they are grown and the people who steward the land.

2Hawk’s focus is on luxury estate wines, showcasing Malbec and Viognier, with smaller amounts of Tempranillo, Pinot Noir, Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Experience 2Hawk’s rustic Rogue Valley elegance just minutes away from Ashland, Jacksonville and Medford. This autumn, hang out near our fire pit, play a game of bocce or simply enjoy a fine wine with friends.

Wine makes every moment an occasion. Take yours to new heights at 2Hawk.
